  • Not at all! Our e-bikes have pedal-assist, making it easy for anyone to ride. Whether you're an experienced cyclist or a beginner, you’ll find the ride smooth and effortless.

  • Our e-bikes come with long-range batteries, allowing you to ride for up to 180km on a single charge. This means you can explore multiple hot spots and trails without worrying about running out of power.

  • There is so much to discover! We highly recommend pursuing the Great Southern Rail Trail. 

    - Stick to the main trails

    - Don't ride your bike along beaches or anything, off track.

    - The Port Welshpool Long Jetty permits bikes but please do not ride along the Port Welshpool Fishermens Jetty (Pier) As it does not have secure railing.

  • We highly recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends and holidays, as our e-bikes are in high demand. You can book online or call us directly.

  • All rentals are picked up and returned at BIG4 Long Jetty Caravan Park. Our team will provide a quick briefing on how to use the e-bike before you set off.

  • Our E-Bike Hire is $85 for a full day. All rentals include helmets and a full battery charge.

  • Our office hours are 9am - 5pm, 7 days a week. 


  • - Bikes must be returned by 5:00 PM.

    - Late returns may result in additional fees.

  • - Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours in advance.

    - 50% refund for cancellations made 24 hours in advance.

    - No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking.


  • Yes, wearing a helmet is mandatory for all riders in accordance with Australian cycling laws. Helmets are provided with every rental.

  • We recommend:

    - Comfortable clothing

    - Closed-toe shoes

    - Sunglasses and sunscreen (especially in summer)


  • Our e-bikes are regularly maintained, but if you experience any issues, contact us immediately, and we’ll assist you. We provide a support number for on-the-go assistance.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Stripe payments.
